Return Policy
- Returns are not accepted for orders shipped outside India.
- Please double-check all size charts and product details before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
- If the item is out of stock, we will process a full refund to the original payment method.
- All claims must be supported by clear photographs and an unboxing video, submitted within 24 working hours of delivery.
- To request a replacement, please contact our support team via email or WhatsApp within the specified claim window. Be sure to include your order number and attach a clear unboxing video and photos showing the issue.
Shipping Charges
- Orders valued between $0 – $125 will incur a $30 shipping charge.
- Orders between $125 – $225 will incur a $15 shipping charge.
- Orders above $225 are eligible for free international shipping.
Duties & Customs
- Any import duties or customs charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
- If an international order is refused due to customs fees, the original shipping charge will not be refunded.
Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.
Additional Notes
- Exchanges are not offered for international orders.
- We aim to minimize errors by offering high-resolution product images and accurate size charts.
